Server rules

Break these and you can be kicked, banned, or worse. Read them, live them, and the city stays fun for everyone. By playing on Nova RP you agree to follow them.

General conduct

You must be 18 or older to play on Nova RP. No exceptions.
Treat everyone with respect out of character. Harassment, hate speech, racism, or discrimination of any kind is an instant permanent ban.
A working microphone is required at all times. All roleplay happens through voice.
No cheating, exploiting bugs, or third-party mods that give an unfair advantage. Report bugs — don’t abuse them.

Roleplay standards

Stay in character at all times while connected. Use /ooc only when truly necessary.
Value your life. Act realistically when your character is in danger, at gunpoint, or outnumbered (Fear RP).
No metagaming — using out-of-character information (streams, Discord, etc.) inside your roleplay.
No powergaming — forcing actions on others or roleplaying unrealistic, impossible scenarios.
New Life Rule: once your character is downed and respawns, they forget the events leading to their death and can’t return to the scene.

Combat & crime

No Random Deathmatch (RDM). You need clear roleplay and initiation before any hostile action.
No Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM). Using your car as a weapon without roleplay is not allowed.
Proper initiation is required before robbing, kidnapping, or shooting another player.
Green zones — hospitals, police departments, and spawn areas — are safe. No crime or violence there.
No combat logging. Disconnecting to dodge roleplay, arrest, or death is a bannable offense.

Voice & streaming

No soundboards, voice changers, or music played over voice without admin permission.
Stream sniping — using a player’s live stream to gain an advantage — is strictly prohibited.
No NSFW roleplay, ERP, or extreme content. Stay within Discord and FiveM Terms of Service.
Content creators are welcome — follow every rule on stream and credit Nova RP.
